Do you want to know how neural machine translation works? MultiTraiNMT will hold an open, free and practical training session on July 20th from 17h to 21h (local time) at the Sant Pau Hospital, in Barcelona, to share knowledge as well as resources on this highly resourceful technology.
In the session, the MultiTraiNMT partners will present many resources to learn how machine translation works as well as the resources that the Directorate-General for Translation of the EU offers to all its citizens as far as multilingualism is concerned.
We kindly invite you to sign up to our session, to bring your own laptop and learn how machine translation works.
Firstly, we will present our book: Machine translation for everyone, published by Language Science press, as well as 250 activies and exercises about machine translation. Our own free-access neural machine translation, MutNMT, for learning purposed, will also be presented.
Our partners will also show all the advantages and possibilities offered by eTranslation, the machine translation tool made by the European Commission, free for all public administrations, universities and European companies.
After the whole training, there will be a visit to the old Sant Pau Hospital, a modernist building from the year 1900, witness to many major historcial events and full of little beautiful spots you must see.
